Extended Return

To simplify your holiday shopping, we’ve extended our returns window. Orders made on backhomegoods.com between November 20th, 2023 – December 25th, 2023, can be returned in their original, unused condition until January 31st, 2024.

Orders placed after December 25th, 2023, will adhere to our standard return timeframe of 30 days from the delivery date.

What is your exchange and return policy?

At backhomegoods, we are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with every product purchased. If you’re not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to assist you with the return process.

Please note that we only accept returns for unused and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Shipping costs won’t be reimbursed, and items marked as part of a Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

To start a return, submit your request through our Returns Center, or contact us at support@backhomegoods.com, providing your order number and reason for return.

Upon receiving your return request, we’ll review it within 2-3 business days. If approved, we’ll provide you with the necessary shipping label and instructions. Please note: if the reason for returning an item isn’t due to our company, a $7.99 processing fee will be deducted from the refund to cover the return shipping label cost.

*At present, we don’t offer a direct exchange option. To exchange a product, initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.

When will I receive a refund?

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

When can I expect a refund for my return?

Typically, it takes 5-7 business days for our facility to process returns. Once completed, we’ll send the refund to your original payment account. Please allow 3-7 business days for the refund to be settled.
